2. Orders
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@palestinedrinks.com.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-2 weeks within Sweden – unless otherwise agreed. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at info@palestinedrinks.com.
We are not responsible for delivery difficulties caused by third parties such as suppliers, freight companies, etc.
4. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in the currency associated with the country where your account is registered.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.

6. Complaints and Grievances
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection laws, to correct the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How to file a complaint
Any errors or defects should always be reported to info@palestinedrinks.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect, along with relevant photos.
If we cannot rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it is found that the product is not defective under current consumer protection laws. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the use of the product.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
